APL Curried Vegetable Wrap


  • 4 Corn Tortillas (heated up or toasted in a skillet before wrapping)
  • 2 Cups Steamed Broccoli
  • ¼ Cup Celery, chopped
  • 1 Small Red Apple, sliced
  • 3 TB Veganaise
  • 1 TB Curry Powder
  • ¼ Cup Red Grapes, seedless and halved


  1. Steam the broccoli then mix it in the bowl with the remainder of the ingredients. Mix well, then divide into two portions and wrap up one for the next day.
  2. Heat the tortillas. Place half of the remaining veg mix on one and the other half on the other.
