Healthy Weight Awareness Month

January is Healthy Weight Awareness Month and our first instinct when we run around and talk about it is to clarify what that means to us here at APL. A healthy weight is different for everyone. It is not too low and it is not too high. It is a measurement of where you are medically, nutritionally, and physically sound.  It is not reached by skipping meals or by over-indulging. It is not achieved by sitting still or working out hours every day. You get there by finding a perfect balance in your life between fitness, eating nutritiously, managing stress and getting proper sleep. We promote health, period.
