Raw “Peanut Butter” & Chocolate Chip Fudge


  • 1 cup virgin coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 cup organic sunflower seed butter
  • 1/2 cup raw cocoa powder
  • 6 TB pure maple syrup
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup pure dark chocolate chips
  • big pinch of Himalayan crystal salt (fine-grained)


  1. Mix all ingredients together in a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Place the mixture in a cake pan, spreading it out evenly with a frosting spatula. Freeze for 1+ hours, cut & enjoy!
