Raw “Peanut Butter” & Chocolate Chip Fudge
- 1 cup virgin coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 cup organic sunflower seed butter
- 1/2 cup raw cocoa powder
- 6 TB pure maple syrup
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup pure dark chocolate chips
- big pinch of Himalayan crystal salt (fine-grained)
- Mix all ingredients together in a medium mixing bowl.
- Place the mixture in a cake pan, spreading it out evenly with a frosting spatula. Freeze for 1+ hours, cut & enjoy!
