Grab a Weight Bench & Let’s Go!

  • Bench Jumps: Stand in front of a weight bench, with two feet, jump up on top of it and then back down.  Repeat.
  • Quick Tap Downs: Stand on top of a weight bench, clasp your hands together or hold dumbbells at either side of you for a more difficult round, bend down and tap your right foot to the floor, then stand up all the way straight without putting that foot back on the bench.  Repeat tapping on one leg, then on the other.
  • Bench Jump overs: Place your hands on either side of a weight bench, feet together on the left side.  Look down between your hands; then jump your feet (keeping them plastered together) over to the opposite side.  Repeat.
