APL Weekly Healthy Living Schedule: April 21st

The goal of the weekly schedule is to keep you on-task and living healthy the APL way.  We will post post workouts and meal recommendations along with your simple task chart as seen below.  Note that within the task chart in the pink box is our featured blog posts to assist your wellness throughout the week!

APL Weekly Workouts: 

  • Monday– see the cardio machine circuit interval workout that posts Monday at 8AM
  • Tuesday – see the full body strength workout that posts Tuesday at 8AM & round it out with a 3-mile jog or incline walk
  • Wednesday – it’s interval time again & we think you should sign on to do this sweat-tastic plyo workout
  • Thursday – time for another strength workout, so here is an upper body toner & some cardio for you to burn some kcals!
  • Friday – get in a leaner leg workout as well as a super motivational interval workout!
  • Saturday – get in a longer cardio workout like the APL
  • Sunday – rest!
