Want a few healthy ways to give your corn on the cob an update? Try our APL lime-cilantro butter, jalapeño butter, or parmesan-garlic butter!

Lime-Cilantro Butter:

  • 4 TB Ghee, melted (Ghee is a clarified, lactose-free butter…if you choose, you can use a vegan spread like Earth Balance or Coconut Oil for a more nutty flavor)
  • 1 TB Cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 TB Lime Juice, fresh
  • Dash of Himalayan Crystal Salt, ground

Jalapeño Butter:

  • 4 TB Ghee, melted (Ghee is a clarified, lactose-free butter…if you choose, you can use a vegan spread like Earth Balance or Coconut Oil for a more nutty flavor)
  • 1 TB Jalapeño, chopped with seeds removed
  • Dash of Himalayan Crystal Salt, ground

Parmesan Garlic

  • 4 TB Ghee, melted (Ghee is a clarified, lactose-free butter…if you choose, you can use a vegan spread like Earth Balance or Coconut Oil for a more nutty flavor)
  • 1 1/2 TB Fresh Parmesan, finely grated (Vegan? Use go Veggie! Parmesan)
  • 1 tsp Garlic, minced
