#thirstythursday advice for a less guilt-ridden #happyhour - stick with the bubbly as a #cocktail base for fewer calories. At 95 per glass, it’s the lowest in calories and requires less sugar-filled mixers to make it palatable. 
My go-to for a refresher? 4 oz champagne (dry) mixed with 1 oz grapefruit @lacroixwater with fresh grapefruit juice squeezed on top. Just 105 calories.

WHERE WAS YOUR FAVORITE SPRING BREAK MEMORY?!?
GREENS! Obviously healthy, right?!? But did you know it’s important to switch-it-up? Greens all have different nutrition profiles, so what you get from one, you may not get from another. Change means variety means well-balanced health. How many servings per day will make the frackin’ doctor go away? Shoot for 4 cups of greens per day (other veggies in there for another 2 cups ideally) is easier to do than you might think. I add greens to my egg whites, #breakfast sandwiches, in all of my 10-minutes-or-less #lunch energizing bowls, as a base for my high protein + #paleo dinners...the list goes on! 
This month I’ve rotated bok choy, chard, microgreens, + watercress.

Spend time thinking through the domino affect one choice can have on others. 
My example: when it comes to health, skipping one workout can lead to guilt, then to consuming an unhealthy meal, then to more days or moments where you choose to slack or indulge instead of making the healthier choice. 
Choose to skip a workout, but get right back up. Your second conscience choice is TOMORROW’S workout. Don’t let circumstance, other people, or outside “clues” (8-ball symbolism) to choose anything for you. 
Make your own choices. With conviction. Each choice should be separate + well thought out. While it baked,
I caramelized some leeks + cipollini onions + tossed them with @madeinnature dried apricots. All of it was made even more filling thanks to arugula microgreens for a dose of raw. So simple! 4 portions made in under 20 minutes.
