Sweet Rice “Waffles” & A Perfectly Poached Egg

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups steamed sprouted brown rice
  • 1 cup gluten-free pasty flour
  • 1 TB mellow miso- brown (ps: it's unpasteurized)
  • 3 TB water
  • 1 TB organic scallions, sliced
  • top with whole grilled scallions & serve over cabbage with a poached egg on top

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix the miso and water together in a small bowl.
  2. In another bowl, mix the cooked rice, flour, miso mix, & scallions.
  3. Heat your waffle iron up and coat it with coconut oil cooking spray.
  4. Place the rice mix in the iron and close- wait until the light goes off, remove, and serve with additional grilled scallion slices and a poached egg on top.
