HALFWAY!!! You have made it through 50% (and the toughest 50%,) of the series you guys and we couldn’t be PROUDER! Right about now, if you have stuck to the plan and been diligent about working out, you should feel a switch flip inside your body. For some eople it takes longer than others, but when it happens, you will know! You will feel lighter, have more energy, your workouts will get harder, faster, and stronger, and you will definitely be cleaner on the inside and out!
