APL BBB: Menu for Week 2!

You got through week #1! Time to step up to the plate for week #2 and knock it out of the park! Don’t forget the 3P’s: plan, prep, & pack. We’ve done the planning for you, so all you have to do is prep the meals and pack them up so they are ready-to-eat!

Because spaghetti squash is so large, we have two recipes for you using it as pasta! There is no way we want you having any leftovers- what a waste! However, having a different way to eat such a yummy “noodle” is always nice so you aren’t eating the same meal over and over!
