APL BBB: Menu for Week #3!

It’s that time again ladies & gents- time to get your grocery goodies, take time to prep your meals so you have no room for excuses (or late-night lapses in food judgement) throughout week 3. YOU CAN DO THIS GUYS!

Quick tip of the week: if you absolutely need animal protein, this is the time in the challenge, after a 2 week “cleanse” period, you can have it. HOWEVER, making lean and clean choices is key and only having 4 oz (max) with dinner is our recommendation to keep your digestive improvements coming.
