Harissa-Spiced Vegetable Wrap

Easy. Fast. Tasty. Done. Simply lightly steam 1 1/2 cups of broccoli + roughly 1/2 cup of multi-colored carrots (purple, yellow, + orange.) Spoon out as much spicy harissa (DIY or organic store-bought) as you can take on top and then add some crunchiness with either sliced radishes or jicama and a drizzle of tahini. Serve atop our favorite Sunfood Coconut Wraps and enjoy!
