APL Garlic-Tahini Sauce, Dip, + Dressing

We used this as a syrup for our chickpea pancakes with roasted veggies on op (recipe to be posted mañana,) and we LOVED it! A savory breakfast is the JAM! Try it out on stir fry, as a veggie burger sauce, salad dressing, veggie and more! When making it as a dressing, just thin it out with more water!

What you will need:

  • 1/2 cup raw tahini
  • 2-4 large garlic cloves, minced
  • 4-5 TB lemon juice
  • 2-4 TB filtered water, as-needed to thin out
  • 1/4 tsp mineral salt
  • 1/2 TB coconut nectar or agave
  • 2 TB lucuma powder

To Make:

Just blend it all together in a high speed blender until smooth!
