APL Toastie 2 Ways

APL AVOCADO TOASTIE

  • 2 slices of gluten-free whole grain bread, toasted
  • 1/2 avocado, mashed + spread across both slices
  • dash of lime juice on top
  • handful of chopped scallions
  • 4 strawberry slices, piled on top
  • then put on a dash of sea salt

APL TAHINI TOASTIE

  • 2 slices of gluten-free whole grain bread, toasted
  • 1 TB tahini spread between the two slices
  • dash of sea salt
  • dash of lime juice
  • 4 radish slices per piece
  • handful of microgreens
  • drizzle of Harissa on top for some spice
