Grilled Plum Panzanella Salad

Grilled Plum Panzanella Salad

makes 1 serving

What You Need:

  • 1 plum, sliced (grill it in the pan with the green beans if you want it pan-grilled, we do both fresh and grilled depending on our mood!)
  • 1 slice Millet-Chia bread, brushed with olive oil
  • 1 1/2 cups pea shoots or watercress
  • 1 cup green beans, pan-grilled
  • Drizzle of balsamic syrup
  • 1 TB hemp hearts
  • 2 TB APL lemon-vinaigrette (1 TB cold-pressed olive oil, 1/2 TB lemon juice, 1 minced small garlic clove, 1 TB dijon mustard.)

To Make:

  1. Prep the salad ingredients according to the instructions + then plate them
  2. Mix the dressing ingredients in a small bowl + pour over the salad.
  3. Enjoy!
