Soba Noodle Salmon Bowl

What You Need:

  • 1 cup prepared soba noodles, gluten-free
  • 3 oz. wild smoked salmon, flaked with a fork
  • 1 cup Enoki or Shiitake mushrooms, pan-sauteed with a dash of unfiltered sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup hydrated wakame seaweed
  • 1/2 cup organic purple cabbage,
  • 2 TB grilled scallion slices
  • 1/8 cup organic radish slices
  • 1 TB pickled ginger
  • Topped with 1 TB bee pollen, optional edible flowers when in season, + 1 TB raw black sesame seeds, APL Spicy Sauce (a mix of 1 TB spicy mustard sauce, 1 TB Bragg’s liquid aminos, 1/2 TB sesame oil, 1 tsp minced ginger) OR Coconut Secret Teriyaki Sauce

To Make:
