Sippin' On a Cinnamon Bun


Who doesn't love a cinnamon bun?!? I can't seem to give in to such a huge temptation, but a smoothie that tastes like one? Duh!

Sippin' On a Cinnamon Bun

makes 1 smoothie

What You Need:

  • 1/2 cup hemp milk, unsweetened
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup plain Icelandic yogurt
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats, gluten-free
  • dash of cinnamon
  • 1 frozen banana
  • dash of Manuka honey

To Make:

  1. Simply blend all ingredients together + enjoy!
