/2 Cup Sprouted Brown Rice, we use Annie Chun’s Steamed bowls to speed things up
1/2 Cup Cooked Lentils
1 Cup Broccoli & Cauliflower, steamed
4 Slices Avocado
3 tsp Sriracha, or as much as you can handle!
Clean and cook the lentils according to the package (we make extra and make a spicy lentil dip at the same time!)
Steam the broccoli & cauliflower- we love to keep it al dente.
Heat the rice up for 1 minute.
Layer it all in a mason jar: 1/4 cup rice, 1/4 cup lentils, 1/2 cup veg, 1/4 cup rice, 1/4 cup lentils, remaining veg, top with 4 avocado slices and drizzle with Sriracha when ready to eat.
