About Ashley

A Day in the Life

Life should be about striving for continuous improvement, every single day, especially when it comes to your health. It is not seeking perfection. Perfection doesn’t exist.

FOOD: What we feed ourselves isn’t simply food. It’s fuel for life, natural medicine, positive energy, + a wholesome beauty product. Eat clean + colorful to feel energetic, satisfied, + sexy from inside, out.

FITNESS: You get one body in life, no trade-ins. Treat it right + sweat often, move more, push its limits, + strengthen it from the outside, in. Don’t let a workout intimidate you, let it inspire you to set a new personal best and allow your fitness goals to evolve. Remember: Strength is beauty.

LIFESTYLE: Food + fitness are only 2/3 the battle when it comes to your wellbeing. Train your mind + treat yourself well to encourage ongoing enrichment in health + happiness. LIVING has self-care practices to ensure you are continuously fine-tuning your wellness as a whole into a lifestyle.

Nutrition isn’t about calorie-counting. It’s about feeding your body clean, nutrient-rich foods like colorful (a rainbow if you will) vegetables, healthy fats, whole grains, lean proteins, superfoods, + water.

Make immediate, short-term, long-term, + lifetime goals. They should be both intrinsic and extrinsic. The goals all provide mile-markers for one another. Check in with yourself weekly to ensure you’re striding towards making small, healthy changes daily.

Your body is a WHOLE. You have to approach every facet of it through pushing it to move and sweat, energizing it through nourishment, allowing it rest, + mentally recharging it to recalibrate it from the inside, out.

Share your goals with others! Having people on board will provide you with even more support. Also, who knows? They may want to join in the healthy living adventure!
