Italian Sausage Kababs

 1 lb Italian chicken sausages, cut into 1-inch slices
 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch slices (trick: I cut it and fold it to go on the skewer)
 1 cup broccoli, cut into florets
 1 cup marinara sauce, prepared
 1 dash optional: balsamic syrup

Place the ingredients one after the other (total: 2 chicken sausage slices, 2 red bell pepper slices, 1-2 broccoli florets) on a soaked wooden skewer.

Once grilled, serve with a side of marinara dipping sauce and/or a balsamic cream/syrup drizzle.
