- 1/2 TB MCT coconut oil drops (fat)
- 1 scoop collagen protein powder
- ½ avocado (fat)
- 1 TB sunflower seed butter (fat)
- handful of spinach
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Stevia (to taste)
- a handful of ice cubes
