LWA x Weber Grills Cooking Series: Recipes for 4 Tasty Burgers

Greek-Stuffed Chicken Burger

makes 4 burgers

What You Need:

  • 1 1/2 LBS ground white chicken meat
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tsp oregano, dried
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 TB lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup red peppers or roasted red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/3 cup feta cheese; herbed is amazing too!

To Cook:

  1. Simply mix the meat in a medium bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
  2. Follow instructions on my grilling video to cook
  3. Top with Greek yogurt-based Tzatsiki sauce, lettuce, tomato, + wrap it in a leafy green or place it on a healthier whole grain bun.

Southwest Turkey Burger

makes 4 burgers

For the Burgers:

  • 1 LB ground all white turkey meat
  • 1/2 tsp fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp coriander, ground
  • 1 large garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 cup sweet onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp cumin, ground
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper, multi-colors

To Make:

  1. Simply mix all of the ingredients together + follow my cooking video to grill!
  2. Top them with the aioli below + serve them in a lettuce wrap or in an open-faced whole grain bun to save those carbs.

For the Chipotle Aioli:

  • 1/8 cup paleo mayonnaise
  • 1/8 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 chipotle peppers, in adobo sauce, chopped

To Make:

  1. Simply mix the ingredients together in a small bowl + enjoy!

Grass-Fed Beef Burger

makes 4 burgers

What You Need:

  • 1 LB 93:7% fat grass-fed ground beef
  • ½ yellow onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • ¼ tsp of sea salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1/8 cup parsley, chopped

For the Sauce:

  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt, choose 0% fat if watching that
  • ¼ cup paleo mayonnaise
  • ½ TB sweet relish
  • ½ TB dill pickle relish
  • Skip the added sugar
  • 1 tsp onion, minced
  • 1 tsp ketchup
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

To Make:

  1. Simply mix the ingredients together in a small bowl + enjoy!
  2. Take the burger + wrap it in a leafy green or place it on a healthier whole grain bun.

Crab Cake Burger

makes 4 burgers

What You Need:

  • 1 LB lump crab meat
  • ½ cup scallions, chopped
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 TB paleo mayo
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 TB parsley, chopped
  • 1 TB Old Bay Seasoning

For the Sauce:

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Dill pickle, juice
  • 1 TB raw horseradish
  • 1 1/4 cups paleo mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tspWorcestershire
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp celery salt
  • 1 tsp creole seasoning
  • 1 TB smoked paprika

To Make:

  1. Mix all of the sauce ingredients in a small bowl, refrigerate until serving.
  2. Take the burger + wrap it in a leafy green or place it on a healthier whole grain bun.
