COOKING + MEAL PREP LESSONS
I have hosted both grocery store tours and cooking lessons with small groups of people that are super popular! We can head to your local grocery store + browse the aisles while I discuss nutrition with you and how to shop + load your pantry with the smartest food choices based on your dietary needs, budget, + lifestyle schedule. In addition to tours, I also offer meal prep tutorials where I walk you through cooking 5 days of food all at once + general cooking lessons for any experience level where we cook, dine, + chat.
