Black Rice Buddha Bowl with Lime-Sesame Sauce

This bowl takes very few ingredients and the sauce can be used as a marinade or dressing for other dishes throughout the week!

 2 cups shrimp, tails/shells removed + pan-grilled
 1 Lotus Foods Forbidden rice container - quick microwave
 ½ avocado, diced
 2 radishes, sliced
 2 cups Napa cabbage, shredded
Lime-Sesame Sauce
 1 handful of basil, chopped
 ¼ cup fish sauce
 3 garlic cloves, minced
 1 serrano pepper, chopped + seeds removed
 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  cup lime juice
 ¼ cup honey or agave
 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  cup avocado oil

Simply prep the bowl ingredients as directed.Then, in a small bowl, mix together the sauce ingredients with a fork. Pour 2 TB of sauce over each dish.
