Your one-time fee gets you the LWA Complete Guide to Healthy Living. This is an e-book filled with educational materials to build a foundation in healthy living based around my 12 years of experience in the industry. It is a great base to start to get healthier that is then supported by the Community that will provide you with ongoing content, direct access to me, interactive coaching, daily accountability, and more.

The most successful of my clients have completed the jump start program and then immediately began the 30-day concierge program to transition into a more realistic daily regimen for healthy living. Committing these initial 6 weeks to getting to your goals with a coach by your side will lend to a foundation in healthy living to carry on with you into the LWA community for ongoing, group support.

This is an initial 14-day purification program that will jump-start any long-term program by cleaning out your body and your habits, resetting your systems, and going all in on making healthy living changes with food, fitness, and overall personal wellness.
