    The average client starts with THE process for 2-3 months and then maintains their goals with THE membership once they have achieved consistency and confidence in their new lifestyle.

While evaluating your lifestyle and being open to change with the tools THE process or THE membership provides, it will help you lose weight if you are consistent. The main goal is to learn to live healthy in a manageable and realistic way.

  • Absolutely. You can plan your own menus using the digital planning tools or replace recipes from an existing meal prep menu with a similar recipe from the database.

  • LWA believes in portion control, but in a way that does not involve counting. The goal is to teach you to eat with your eyes, stomach, and brain in a balanced way and to strive for nutrient density over a simple mathematical approach.
